MOSZ: good grain harvest, falling prices
Professionals expect good grain harvest and declining prices this year – was said at the meeting of the MOSZ Grain Growers National Board on Wednesday in Budapest.
Tóth István, Secretary of MOSZ told MTI that the decline of prices compared to last year's prices is expected to be 15-20 percent, while the flat cost is expected to increase by approximately 15 percent. Thus, for example, the price of wheat is now around 48 thousand HUF per ton, compared to last year’s 55 thousand. But the secretary of MOSZ also sees further price reductions. (MTI)
