Recycling PET-bottles by the Tiszta River
Specialists and volunteers from PET KUPA, with the support of the Active Hungary Program, have launched a floodplain waste collection operation called Smiley Bag in several tisza settlements. By placing selective collection bags, they encouraged the public to clean up the riverbank. More than half of the floodplain waste is recyclable, the intricacies of which are presented in a mobile exhibition space at several stations along the Tisza River.
