Monoprix And Amazon Expand Delivery Partnership In France

Monoprix and Amazon have extended their delivery partnership in France to include 22 new cities.

The latest expansion will see residents of Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Antibes, Besançon, Cannes, Compiègne, Dijon, Le Havre, Mandelieu, Marseille, Nancy, Nîmes, Oullins, Reims, Rennes, Rouen, Saint-Raphaël, Sète, Toulon, Toulouse, Tours and Vannes gaining access to the service.

Monoprix offers an extensive range of products on Amazon.fr, including Monoprix brands, and delivers them to shoppers’ homes, ESM Magazine reports.

Amazon Prime members receive free delivery on orders over €60, while non-members qualify for free delivery on purchases above €150.

As part of the latest expansion, the partners are offering three €20 discounts on any purchase of €80 or more.

Accessible Offerings

Sandie Deix, director of food e-commerce at Monoprix, said, “With this expansion, Monoprix is strengthening its presence among French consumers by making its offering accessible everywhere, both in store and online.

“Our ambition is to support our customers in their daily lives by offering them both the convenience of digital shopping and the unique experience of our stores.”

The partnership between Monoprix and Amazon commenced in 2018, in Paris, and it was available in eight cities.

With the latest expansion, the service currently covers 30 French cities.

The product offering comprises more than 10,000 SKUs and up to 15,000 in Paris, ranging from everyday essentials to various offers on food, hygiene, beauty and home items.

Christophe Benoist, head of Amazon food partnerships in France, stated, “The expansion of our partnership with Monoprix to 30 cities across France enriches the already extensive range of food and everyday products available on Amazon.co.uk.

“By integrating Monoprix’s distinctive selection, including their popular own-brand products, we are continuing to simplify the daily lives of customers throughout France by offering them greater convenience, a wider choice, and a truly seamless shopping experience.”
