MOL-Marché Restaurant near to Budapest
The 3th common restaurant was open at Wienne side of the M1 motorway, at 22th kilometers.
At the end of August 2007, Marché
International and MOL signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which
laid down the principals for Marché opening six new
restaurants at MOL stations along the most frequented motorways in
Hungary within two years. With this step MOL wanted to strong its
retail activities and to offer a high qualified services for its
costumers.
The first restaurants opened by the end
of May at the soonest at MOL's Mosonmagyaróvár rest
stops, on both sides of the M1 motorway.
According to MOL plans other four
restaurants, scheduled for opening by end-2009, travelers will be
able to check out the new fast-food chain units on the Balaton
stretch of M7, on the M0 ring and later on M6, as well. Next year MOL
and Marché go to Croatia, the first restaurant will be open at
Tifons, MOL's premium gas stations.
In its restaurants Marché
use the “front cooking" technology, the food displayed in the restaurant – vegetables,
fruits, pasta, etc. – serve both as decoration and the base material
for the meals the customers order. The self-service should be
interpreted almost literally, as the guests serve everything for
themselves, except maybe for meats roasted in whole.
