IKEA’s Sunday opening hours are changing
In order to make IKEA more responsive to customer needs, the company will change its Sunday opening hours from 6 January, 2019 to a three-month test period – mfor.hu, wrote based on the statement of the home design company.
Instead of the current 9am to 9pm stores will be open from 9am to 7pm on Sundays.
As noted, they intend not to reduce the total working time of the employees, so they reclassify it to more busy periods, so the change does not cause a change in the number of employees, their positions and jobs. (mfor.hu)
