Changes in the excise tax, relief for breweries
The excise tax legislation is expected to be changed significantly, from the 1st of January 2012, on the basis of the proposal submitted to the National Assembly – reports PwC.
The consultant firm explains: on the basis of the proposal, those farmers who have the AEO certificate status of AEO will be considered as reliable debtors, a reliable tax-exempt users, and reliable permitted users so the amount of their excise tax may decrease – reports MTI.
