MNB: The banks disbursed loans of 472.3 billion HUF in the second phase of the NHP
The banks disbursed loans in a value of 472.3 billion HUF in the second phase of the Credit growth Programme (NHP) by the end of last year. The loans granted are related to 20,019 transactions and 13,813 firms – the central bank announced on its website.
The second phase of the loan programme of the Hungarian National Bank was launched in October 2013. The participating icompanies submitted datas to the MNB over 584.2 billion HUF worth contracts.
Nearly 97 percent of the 584.2 billion HUf is new loans, refinancing can be up to 10 percent of the envelope. (MTI)
