MLSZKSZ: the Russian embargo may reshape Europe’s logistic map
The biggest losers of the sanction war between the European Union and Russia are the logistics service providers, in addition to the companies that are exporting to Russia.
The damage in less than a month can be measured in millions of euros. A deep and prolonged embargo may result in irreversible processes, whether the European supply chains can entirely be reorganized. The outsourcing of the export and logistics support immediately started in Hungary: non-EU countries such as Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina or Albania not only be given competitive advantage, but in long-terms Hungary can expect losses in state revenue.
