What do you fear most when shopping online?
What happens to our data, can we safely use the credit card payment, how long can we return the product – these are the most common issues in one of the largest webshop customer service in Hungary.
While e-commerce is steadily growing and developing, only a little over 5 percent of the total domestic retail sales are currently being made online. With the growth of the market, the buyers’ awareness is also growing, which is reflected in the workload of the customer services as well.
