What is world-famous chef Ferran Adrià up to now? Working with ham, apparently. The acclaimed Spanish ham purveyors at Joselito have partnered with Adrià for a mysterious collaboration from the “Joselito Lab.” A trailer for the project explains: “When the best ham in the world is in the hands of a legendary chef, nothing less than something amazing is bound to happen.” The video features dramatic music and shots of Ferran Adrià, Ibérico ham close-ups, and artfully plated dishes featuring the ham. The trailer ends with the promise: “Coming Soon.”
