Is it worth being among the top restaurants?

It has only been a month since El Celler de Can Roca shot to the #1 position in the World's 50 Best Restaurants list, and already the Spanish restaurant has also become one of the world's toughest tables. El Celler de Can Roca is fully booked for the next 11 months and is only offering its waiting list, according to reservations head Manel de la Rubia.
