2,500 billion HUF EU funds to the Hungarian agriculture until 2020
A total of around 2,500 billion HUF will flow to the Hungarian agriculture between 2015 to 2020 for the direct payments from EU funds – Czerván György Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM), told in Budapest on Wednesday at the Agricultural Committee of the Parliament.
Czerván György told that the new system of the direct supports will be used, which will be more complex than the current one, and will contain mandatory and voluntary elements.
Based on this, the aggregate amount of of the base support (SAPS), and the “greening” is expected to be around 226 euros – about 68 thousand HUF per hectare. (MTI)
