About 100 tons of wheat was gathered to the Bread of the Hungarians
About a hundred tons of wheat was gathered this year, in the scope of the Bread of the Hungarians charity action – MTI reported on Thursday.
The employees of the Szigetvár-based mill, that is grinding the wheat told MTI that the grain from the Hungarian-inhabited areas of the Carpathian Basin has good quality and the grinding has already begun.
The Bread of the Hungarians will be blessed by Erdő Péter cardinal on 20 August. The Bread of the Hungarians will be baked with flour from Baranya county. (MTI)
