Quality Label has been introduced by the British Beef Breeders Association
A trademark has been introduced by the British Beef Breeders Association (BHTE) to encourage the consumption of good quality, controlled, domestic beef, the organization told MTI on Tuesday.
The introduction of the Certified Hungarian Angus Meat trademark, which includes the name of one of the best endowed beef breeds, Aberdeen Angus, is justified because, compared to Europe, there is little domestic consumption of beef, the supply is partly of poor quality and Hungarian shops sometimes sell dairy beef.
