Quality Hungarian products at the Zsindelyes Festival

In our rapidly developing world, everything changes. But consumers are increasingly insisting on national tradition high-quality Hungarian food. Hír was established 12 years ago, recognizing this need.
Hír covers the Hagyományok Ízek Régiók program (Regions, Traditions, Tastes programme), which is about eighty experts, selecting 300 Hungarian and especially regional, traditional foods, which were published in a joint publication. The aim is to improve the quality of Hungarian gastronomy more colorful and to get acquainted the foreign and domestic consumers with the Hungarian traditions.
