Nébih revealed quality problems in dry cat food
Quality defects in dry cat food were revealed in a laboratory test conducted in the Supermenta program by experts from the National Food Chain Safety Office (Nébih).
According to the agency’s announcement published on Wednesday, 18 of the 42 products tested did not meet the standards, therefore 17 procceedings were initiated due to quality objections and 1 due to a lack of labeling, it is reassuring that all dry cat food products were compliant from a safety point of view.
The examined domestic and foreign products also included beef and chicken meat and fish-flavored food. (MTI)
