Ministerial Commissioner supervises the implementation of the pig program

Ministerial Commissioner will supervise the implementation of the pig program – Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Rural Development announced at the opening of the 6th Mangalica Festival on Saturday in Budapest’s Szabadság square.

Fazekas Sándor said that he asked Horváth István (Fidesz) the Vice-Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Agriculture to oversee the implementation of the pig program. The aim is to strengthen this important sector of livestock breeding and high-quality Hungarian pork products to be provided to the consumers, including Mangalica and other products.  (MTI)
