Is it always the guest who is right?

A Florida man refused to pay the bill in a restaurant saying that his spaghetti did not contain a high quality sauce. He was not satisfied with the meal, thus did not pay the bill, but the restaurant decided to bring the case to court… and alas, the guest won.
