Fish tradesman/chef Péter Szabó and György Hoitsy, the director of the trout farm in Lillafüred published a book titled ‘Fish and Fish Dishes’, which was presented at Metro’s Customer Academy by Ákos Haász, head of the academy. The book, published by Corvina Publishing House is not a simple recipe collection as besides 80 recipes it also introduces all salt- and freshwater fish sold in Hungary, different kitchen technologies, spicing methods and creative fish dishes.
