Magazine: Each year something new from the good old candy brand
The history of PEZ goes back several decades. Ed.Haas Hungaria is the Hungarian distributor of the brand that managed to achieve sales growth in both value and volume in recent years, despite the public health product fee (NETA) introduced a couple of years ago – product manager Beáta Kőműves informed our magazine. The company was able to keep consumers interested in PEZ products with many new products, licences, limited edition flavours and innovative new designs. Since the company is well aware of the fact that consumer decisions are heavily influenced by price, they kept them relatively low and regularly surprised buyers with various seasonal discounts.
