The prosecutor’s office found an infringement at every checked webshop
In order to protect the rights of consumers, the prosecutor’s office examined the terms and conditions of sixteen webshops and found an illegal clause in each of them Szabó Ferenc, Attorney General of Pest county told MTI on Monday.
According to the notice, the prosecutor’s office checked the terms and conditions of webshops that sell products that are sought after, such as technical items, household appliances, or automotive parts. (MTI)
