Fruit juices for children continue to be one of the most dynamically expanding categories. According to data for 2025, the segment realised a12.7% growth in value, while there was a slight increase in volume sales.

Families with young children are paying attention to what they give their children to drink and prefer solutions that don’t contain added sugar, artificial additives or preservatives. SIÓ’s Vitatigris brand has performed exceptionally well, achieving 9% growth in value in 2025 – more than the fruit juice market’s average. Steady consumer confidence in Vitatigris and the strength of the brand contributed significantly to these results, and fruit purées were the driver of growth last year.

Practical packaging that can be consumed on the go has become much more popular. There is also a growing focus on products that offer added value such as vitamins, fiber or grains. The spread of snack-like solutions is also noticeable. Maspex Olympos Kft. aims to appeal to conscious parents with its Kubu brand, as most of its products are made without artificial flavours, added sugar, preservatives or colours, containing only the sugar that occur naturally in fruit.
