What kind of workplace do Hungarians want today?
There is a general contradiction in recent national research, which shows that workplace expectations are in many cases determined by employees’ living conditions rather than by generational differences.
According to these, the often expressed new view of the Y or Z generation is far from being decisive in the world of work, and in many cases differences between women and men or marital status have a greater influence on the demands that workers place on employers.
