How the ideal workplace looks like?

The employees want to find secure livelihood , continuous improvement, varied and interesting tasks in the ideal workplace, but almost one in four respondents considered professional challenges and flexible work options among the three most important factors – shows Aon Hewitt’s best workplace survey, which was published by Világgazdaság Online.

Nearly 70 percent of the respondents would work at such workplaces where financial and moral recognition would await them, while more than 30 percent considered stability and reliability among the priorities, where the employers can work with a good team and in a pleasant atmosphere. In addition to the important factors – as a secure livelihood – in case of young workers social recognition, usefulness, helping others, cooperation with customers, managing others and development are also in focus.  (Világgazdaság Online)
