ALDI offers millions of salaries to career starters
ALDI is recruiting regional managers. At the supermarket chain’s career day, they are looking for people who can manage 5-6 stores for a gross monthly salary of HUF 1.2 million. An important element of the training phase is that new colleagues start as store workers.
As the supervisors of the store managers, the selected ones will manage 5-6 stores, so they can have up to 150 employees, and they are basically responsible for ensuring that the stores realize the expected turnover. At ALDI’s career day, Dénes Kulcsár, the manager of the supermarket chain, highlighted it.
Those who pass the selection process and successfully complete the training phase will receive, among other things, a gross starting salary of HUF 1.2 million and a BMW 3 Series – which can also be used outside of working hours – as benefits.
