Billions for young farmers by the New Hungary Rural Development Program

The new program to support young farmers by the New Hungary Rural Development Program proved to be successful according to Tamás Saád, expert of Hungarikum Konzorcium, who pointed this out at the Young Farmers' Conference in Budapest. He added that more than 2300 young farmers had received a total support of 24.5 billion HUF.

However, he pointed out that another program supported by the Rural Development Ministry was not a big success, considering that 37 competitirs received a total of 307.5 million HUF for their plans.
