Billions for comfortable livestock

Pig and poultry holders can submit their claims for 10 billion HUF animal welfare support, to the Agriculture and Rural Development Office.

The support this year, can be given from the 1st January to the 31st December for goose, ducks, turkeys and for all types of cutted poultry, and for pigs delivered for slaughter houses, or pigs transported to abroad for the same reason.
The animal welfare support may be given to improve the quality animal breed and feed, to find good quality drinking water, to mechanical injury prevention and to create normal conditions for animal moving and transport, in the case of  5-year undertake – reports Népszabadság Online.
