Mondelez Hungária Kft. has recalled Milka vanilla-flavored croissant products
The manufacturer Mondelez Hungária Kft. has initiated a consumer recall of the 50-gram Milka vanilla-flavored croissant due to missing product labeling, the National Trade and Consumer Protection Authority (NKFH) told MTI on Friday.
According to the announcement, during a self-inspection inspection, it was determined that some of the products in one production batch did not contain labeling in Hungarian, so the packaging did not provide information about allergens in Hungarian, which poses a risk to consumers who are sensitive to them.
The product contains several allergens, such as wheat, milk, eggs and soy, and may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds
– they wrote.
In the statement, consumers were advised not to consume the affected product and to return it to the store or contact Mondelez customer service at 06 80 200 500 or via email at mondelez.hu@mdlz.com.
