Why do Americans like burgers – Video of the day
Today on Deconstructed, we travel from butcher to bun to create the ideal grass-fed burger. Starting at Marlow & Daughters, the Andrew Tarlow-owned butcher shop and food counter in Williamsburg, the broken down and ground beef is then walked just half a block to Tarlow’s first restaurant, Diner, which operates out of an converted dining car.
