Why ElBulli
Adria is a believer in molecular gastronomy, like Blumenthal. He invests six months’ work into his annual offer. His menu is composed of 170-200 dishes, with some meals composed of over 40 dishes. He has 15 tables for 50 guests per day and 70 employees including 40 cooks.
