Hungarian companies must open up to alternative forms of employment as soon as possible
Less than 4 percent of employees in Hungary can work from home. Moreover, across Europe, there are fewer people working part-time in our country.
The proportion of self-employed workers and colleagues with a fixed-term contract is also significantly below the EU average. The current socio-economic situation and the changing demands of employees put companies under extreme pressure that has forced them to step in, said EY consultants, at a company conference on alternative forms of employment.
