Michelin-starred food distribution trucks in Paris
Marc Veyrat, one of the most creative Michelin-starred French chef launches food trucks in Paris on Thursday: the multi-course healthy organic lunches can be purchased in pre-heated jars, especially in the busier districts and around the office buildings from the moving vehicles.
“Until now we have paid so much attention on daily meals, with available fast street foods. We let the sandwiches, pizzas, burgers the occupy this space.” – the 63 years old star chef highlighted who is opertaing two 3-star Michelin Restaurants. Marc Veyrat would like to fill the increasingly popular snackmobiles with quality and healthy food products. (MTI)
