Restaurants with a Michelin recommendation also participate in the Restaurant Week this spring
Michelin-recommended restaurants also participate in the Spring National Restaurant Week, where this year more than 150 restaurants will offer their specialties between March 9 and 19.
This year, for the first time, the program will last for 11 days, during which 151 restaurants across the country are waiting for those who reserve a table for the event with fixed-price menus, the organizers told MTI on Wednesday.
A limited number of restaurants can be registered in advance on the program’s website. As highlighted in the announcement, the novelty of the spring event is that several restaurants recommended by the French restaurant guide Michelin Guide and with Bib Gourmand certification will be among the participants. Examples include Rókusfalvy Fogadó in Etyek, Kistücsök in Balatonszemes, Lokal47 in Kéhely, Macok Bistro in Eger, Avalon in Miskolc and Végállós Bíztró. The Bib Gourmand rating, which has existed since 1997, was created by the Michelin guide with the aim of ranking restaurants according to price. Bib Gourmand restaurants offer high-quality cuisine at moderate prices.
