Magazine: What else can be made from red wine?

While Gergő Gelencsér makes wine, his wife Rita ‘innovates’: she makes artisan food products from wine. First she produced traditional wine jelly, then came new versions of it made with dried fruits and spices. In the next phase she created ice creams and desserts, and now Rita now makes spicy syrups to be used for making mulled wine.
