MGYOSZ labor market research
The National Association of Employers and Manufacturers is starting a large-scale program, the purpose of which is to assess the challenges and trends shaping the labor market in different regions of Hungary.
The title of the program: “Characteristics of labor and specialist supply in different regions of Hungary – trends and challenges”. We would like to find out which factors the labor market actors expect will shape the labor market in their immediate environment in the next 10 years, what different or convergent factors prevail in different regions, and how to prepare for the changes that will define the world of work in the next decade. Within the framework of this program, MGYOSZ conducts research and organizes regional events, and based on these experiences, develops policy proposals for decision-makers. The full analysis will be completed by the first quarter of 2024.
