The pruning of the vines has started

After the mild December, the farmers started to prune the vines in the springlike January weather.

The vines at the moment are in a deep state of rest, and if we can believe to the weather forecasts, the cooling down will arrive only after 22 January. Until the soil temperature is less than +10 Celsius, sap circulation does not strat in the vines – Bujdosó Ferenc, leader of the Bujdosó Vineyards and Winery told.
