METRO reaches agreement with trade union on wage increase
In mid-December METRO Hungary’s management and the Trade Union of Commercial Employees (KASZ) had agreed on a wage increase programme, which became valid on 1 January 2018. As of this date METRO introduces a guaranteed minimum salary which is higher than the law stipulates; this includes a basic pay and a 13th and 14th month extra – HUF 211,167/month (HUF 181,000 basic pay+ HUF 30,167 for the 13th and 14th months). This sum doesn’t include various benefits. //
