Lőrinc Mészáros’ company buys the Brendon baby store chain
Lőrinc Mészáros’s company, Talentis Group Zrt., will buy the baby store chain Brendon Holding Kft., the Mészáros group announced. According to the agreement, if the closing conditions are met, Talentis Group will become the 100% owner of Brendon Holding Kft. According to the announcement, the purpose of the acquisition is to keep the brand in Hungarian hands and start expanding abroad. Talentis Group plans to open new stores in neighboring countries.
Brendon Holding Kft. owns two subsidiaries in Hungary and one in Slovakia. It has 18 stores in Hungary, and its consolidated sales in 2022 exceeded HUF 15 billion. It boasts more than three hundred employees. The goal of the new owner is for Brendon to expand abroad in addition to the existing stores, strengthening the brand in the region.
