Starbucks helps baristas with AI
Starbucks has begun testing its new generative AI, the Green Dot Assist virtual assistant, in 35 US stores, to help baristas with their work in real time. The innovation works on iPads in stores and allows employees to get immediate answers to their questions. Its goal is to streamline everyday work processes. Green Dot Assist may be rolled out to additional stores in the coming months.
