AI for bigger cargo
Continental has developed an artificial intelligence (AI) based solution for calculating the free loading space of trucks.
By using the new system, fleet managers can receive accurate information on their smartphones about how much more cargo can be transported. Dr Ismail Dagli, head of business area smart mobility: “More goods need to be transported, but there are fewer drivers. Our solution not only can help fleet managers make their fleets more efficient, but can also contribute to lower fuel use and CO2 emission.” //
