AI for increasing customer loyalty
According to a recent survey, companies in the retail sector are increasingly using AI technology to strengthen customer loyalty.

Every fifth company from the 179 surveyed by the EHI Retail Institute are already using AI to strengthen customer loyalty, while more than half of firms are planning to do the same. More than a third of companies are currently running such projects. The main tool is loyalty programmes: 65.5% of respondents already use one and a further 14.5% plan to introduce a loyalty scheme. //
