Facilitated by Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace, the training will raise awareness of the menopause, support its colleagues experiencing it and learn about further adjustments that can be made to make the working environment more inclusive.
“Supporting our amazing colleagues is incredibly important to us, which is why we are providing training to help leaders further assist colleagues experiencing menopause,” Aldi UK diversity and inclusion director, Richard Shuttleworth said.
“We are dedicated to making positive changes in the workplace, and know that this training is another step in the right direction.”
Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace training director, Sally Leech added: “To really change the lived experience of those working through menopause, employers must put in place policies and strategies to educate, train and support all colleagues.
“We are delighted to be supporting Aldi in the important work they’re doing to support their colleagues.”
