Aldi Ireland Unveils Cooling Range In Time For Menopause Awareness Month
Aldi Ireland has unveiled a range of cooling products in time for October, which is Menopause Awareness Month.
Menopause Awareness Month is a time to raise awareness, break stigma and highlight support, shattering taboos about an important life stage for women.
Now available nationwide, Aldi’s Specialbuys are designed to bring comfort, confidence and care, helping women manage everyday symptoms throughout menopause, Checkout reports.
Hot flashes are one of the most common symptoms of menopause, and so the Cooling Body Pad (€19.99) offers quick relief to those struggling with heat or night sweats.
It is cool to the touch and absorbs excess body heat throughout the night.
As well as that, the Cooling Gel Pillow Pad (€9.99) will help in getting a restful night’s sleep despite hot flashes, offering the effect of the cold side of the pillow throughout the evening.
It can be placed in the fridge and offers soft and flexible comfort.
Taking time for yourself is important during the physical and hormonal changes of menopause, and simple self-care practices can help promote relaxation.
Menopause can lead to changes with your skin, including dryness, irritation or sensitivity, so it’s important to give skin a little TLC with Aldi’s La Soie skincare range.
Brighten tired eyes with La Soie Eye Concentrate (€5.99) or rejuvenate skin with La Soie Concentrate Serum (€7.99), the latter of which is formulated to soothe complexion and replenish the skin’s moisture barrier.
Aldi is committed to supporting women throughout each stage of menopause and proud to be recognised as a menopause-friendly workplace.
In 2024, it was named Best Large Company at the Menopause Workplace Excellence Awards, in conjunction with the Menopause Hub and Great Place to Work Ireland.
