X5 Retail group merge Kopeika?

After a dynamic developing in the country X5 would buy its biggest competitor.

 According to reports in the Russian
media, X5 Retail Group has been negotiating with Kopeika about a
possible merger or buying out a stake in the company. Kopeika, owned
by the bank UralSib, operates over 450 supermarkets in Moscow and
Central Russia and it is X5’s competitor in Moscow.
