Hungary’s pro and amateur champions of salmon opening were chosen
With regard to the great success of last year's competition the METRO Customer Academy organized the National Open Championship of Salmon Opening for the second time this year – both in amateur and professional categories. The competition was held on the second day of the OTP Klub Gourmet Festival in the Millenáris Park.
The winners became Gyepes Zsolt in amateur and Farkas Pál chef of the Bambuszliget Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar in professional category.
The first three finishers of both categories can participate at a freely selected culinary training of the METRO Customer Academy free of charge and will be richer with a wine package, thanks to Sziget Kft.
