We have the winners of the Employer Branding Award
The Hungarian Public Relations Association (MPRSZ) has announced the Employer Branding Award for the seventh time, the purpose of which is to highlight the best employer branding strategies and campaigns. This year’s awardees came forward with projects that contributed to the development and respect of the sector not only with their creativity, but also with their measurable business results.
The festive award ceremony took place on Tuesday. Among others, the main jury also awarded players in the health, energy, FMCG and construction industries.
András Sztaniszláv, the president of the MPRSZ, said: “We are happy to have restarted the Employer Branding Award, and judging by the number of applications, the profession also received the competition positively, as we received excellent careers. We evaluated not only the creativity, but also the impact, since employer branding is now key to the competitiveness of companies. Acquiring and retaining a talented workforce has become one of the most important elements of maintaining a market advantage. In this economic environment, employer branding is not just an HR task, but an integral part of the corporate strategy, which contributes to the stability and growth of companies in the long term.”
Nóra Horváth Magyary Voljč, K&H Group’s managing director of communications and president of the EBA jury, also evaluated the competition: “employer brand communication in the country has developed a lot in recent years, and the application materials have also testified to this. We are seeing more and more complex and sustainable programs, strategic thinking is gaining ground instead of tactical. I am sure that in the future this area of communication will continue to develop, and we will come across more and more programs based on truly distinctive brand positioning in line with the values of the consumer brand”.
According to Ádám Horváth, chairman of the MPRSZ Employer Branding department and a member of the main committee, the profession is developing nicely, more and more employer branding positions are opening up at companies, and there are already award-winning and recognized case studies on both the corporate and agency side. He added: “the field of the EBA was also particularly strong, among the innovative solutions, the first AI integration applications have already appeared, which professional pioneers are no longer using only for text or image generation.”
