John Kingman takes over Tesco Bank
The UK retail chain appoints John Kingman at the head of the company’s financial sector, who will thus become non-executive director of Tesco Bank’s board of directors – origo wrote after Reuters.
Kingman previously oversaw the banks of the island country during the financial crisis. Following the new senior regulatory approval, he will replace Graham Pimlott, who has been managing Tesco Bank since February 2012.
Tesco Bank announced in the statement that Kingman’s appointment will be effective from next month. (origo)
