Bocuse d’Or Hungarian finals have a winner
The Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy closed the finals of Bocuse d’Or's Hungary yesterday, within the compass of Hungexpo, HOVENTA trade-show. The world's most important chef-competition's winner is Tamás Széll, sous-chef of Restaurant Onyx, so he is going to get the chance of representing Hungary in Brussels at the European semi-finals next year. All ingredients were provided by METRO Ltd. for all finalists.
