The FrieslandCampina sold its plant in Debrecen
The Dutch FrieslandCampina Hungária Zrt. dairy company sold its plant in Debrecen to the Székesfehérvár-based Alföldi Tej Értékesítő és Beszerző Kft. (Plains Dairy Sales and Purchasing Ltd.) – the hvg.hu wrote.
The contract over the sale was signed on 26 February – the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH), told. The document published by the GVH has not revealed the price. The employees of the Debrecen plant are taken over by the Alföldi Tej Értékesítő és Beszerző Kft. (hvg.hu)
