On the basis of the opinions of the Hungarian housewives, it is difficult to distinguish between the intense flavors of flavor enhancers, additives or spices. At sausage tasting and testing it is important, that everyone likes the sausages and frankfurters on a different basis. The sense of taste is subjective and it is a particularly influential factor in the assessment if someone prefers spicy flavors, or more natural flavors.
